Return & Refund Policy – Surface Pumps

Due to the technical nature of our products, returns are strictly limited.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) – Within 7 Days
Eligible only if:

• Product is defective upon arrival

• Product has NOT been installed or used

Video proof is required.

No Return After Installation
Once the pump has been:

• Installed

• Connected to water

• Operated

It is considered USED and cannot be returned.

Accepted Returns (Unused Only)
Within 7 days only if:

• Product is unused

• No water has passed through the pump

• Original packaging is intact

Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Non-Returnable Cases

• Incorrect installation

• Wrong product selection

• Performance dissatisfaction after use

• Damage caused by improper usage

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not guaranteed

• Store credit may be offered

• Full refund only in verified defect cases

All returns are subject to inspection.
