Warranty Policy – Surface Water Pumps (AC Electric)

All surface water pumps are covered by a limited 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to:

• Motor failure due to internal defects

• Manufacturing faults under normal operating conditions

Critical Operating Conditions
To maintain warranty validity, the pump must:

• Always be primed before operation

• Never run dry (without water)

• Be installed with properly sealed suction piping (no air leakage)

• Be used within the specified voltage range

Warranty Exclusions
Warranty is void if damage is caused by:

• Dry running (even briefly)

• Air leakage in suction line

• Incorrect installation or improper piping

• Voltage instability or incorrect electrical connection

• Use with dirty water, sand, or debris

• Operation outside product specifications

• Overheating or poor ventilation

Installation Responsibility
Proper installation is the responsibility of the customer. Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Warranty Claim Requirements
To submit a claim, customers must provide:

• Order number

• Clear video showing installation and issue

• Description of operating conditions

Claims without sufficient evidence may be rejected.

Resolution
Approved claims will be resolved by:

• Replacement or repair

Refunds are not standard and are evaluated case by case.

2. Our technical team will assess the claim and advise on next steps
3. Approved warranty claims will be repaired or replaced at our discretion
