The NASTEC MIDA 406 is a smart pump inverter controller designed to automatically manage and protect your water pump.

Upgrade your existing pump system without replacing your pump.

It uses variable speed technology to adjust motor performance based on water demand, ensuring stable pressure, improved efficiency, and longer pump life.

Unlike traditional fixed-speed control systems, MIDA continuously adapts pump operation to real working conditions, reducing energy consumption and preventing common issues such as pressure fluctuations and pump damage.

100% Made in Italy – engineered and manufactured for maximum reliability and long-term performance.

Works with almost any AC water pump, in both new and existing systems.

Applications & Compatibility:

  • Domestic and residential water supply
  • Booster and pressure systems
  • Agricultural irrigation systems
  • Industrial water systems
  • Public water distribution networks
  • Swimming pool and fountain pumps
  • HVAC circulation systems
  • Surface pumps
  • Submersible pumps
  • Centrifugal and multistage pumps

Multi-Pump Systems & Booster Applications

MIDA can be used not only with single pumps, but also in multi-pump systems, allowing multiple pumps to work together automatically.

In traditional booster systems, pumps start and stop frequently, often requiring pressure tanks and causing pressure fluctuations, mechanical stress, and higher energy consumption.

With MIDA, pumps operate with variable speed control, maintaining constant pressure without continuous start/stop cycles.

Multiple pumps can be connected and managed together (combo mode), automatically adapting to system demand and improving overall efficiency and reliability.

✔ Key advantages in multi-pump systems:

  • Stable pressure without frequent pump start/stop
  • Reduced need for large pressure tanks
  • Lower mechanical stress on pumps and system
  • Protects the motor from excessive start/stop cycles
  • Extends motor and pump lifetime
  • Improved energy efficiency
  • Automatic load distribution between pumps
